ADHD coaching is structured, 1:1 support built around your specific goals. It isn’t therapy, it’s a collaborative, accountable relationship focused on turning insight into action.
Not sure where to start? Call us and we’ll match you with the right plan.
Who it’s for:
- Anyone who already understands their ADHD reasonably well (through a screening result, a diagnosis, or lived experience) and wants consistent, practical support putting strategies into practice at work, in study, or at home.
What a session involves:
- 50-minute remote video sessions, typically fortnightly. The first session sets concrete goals; later sessions review what worked, troubleshoot what didn’t, and agree the next specific step. Many clients get a short written summary after each session.
How it helps:
- Coaching doesn’t change the underlying ADHD. What it reliably does is turn “I know what I should be doing” into “I did it”, the accountability and structure most people can’t build alone.
Who delivers it:
- A specialist ADHD coach trained through a recognised ADHD coaching programme. Non-clinical, and presented as such throughout, this is coaching, not psychological treatment.
